‘FMAS', ‘Racines' (the Moroccan representative of the African Arterial network) and the ‘Collectif des Abattoirs', are organising, as part of the preparations for the World Social Forum in Dakar, the African Forum on "cultural rights".

The World Education Forum is currently underway in Palestine, as is the simultaneous extension in Morocco. Its aim is clear. There is one goal; education which is not only free, but of a high quality for everyone in the world without prejudice to their background, country of origin or financial situation.

In Marrakech the forum began this morning with an opening speech from Jenine.

In recognition of the World Education Forum in Palestine which takes place between the 28th and the 30th October 2010, the Moroccan coalition for Education for All has organised a parrallel forum in Marrakech on the 30th October 2010.
